Why We Built These Tools

Most crypto comparison sites are owned by exchanges or funded by a single affiliate partner. That creates an obvious conflict of interest — the "best" exchange always happens to be whoever pays the most. We built these tools to do something different: provide genuinely unbiased comparisons that help you make your own informed decision.

Every tool on this page is free to use, requires no account or sign-up, and compares multiple exchanges side by side using verified data. We earn affiliate commissions when you sign up through our links — but the tools recommend what's best for Sie, not what pays us the most. An exchange with a 0% commission rate will be recommended over one with a higher payout to us if it's the better fit for your answers.

What Makes These Tools Different

Real total costs, not just trading fees

Most comparison sites show maker/taker fees and call it a day. But the real cost of buying crypto includes deposit fees (which can be 2-5% for card payments), withdrawal fees (which vary dramatically between exchanges and coins), and spread. Our Fee Calculator shows all of these in a single stacked view so you can see exactly where your money goes.

Personalized to your situation

An exchange that's perfect for an experienced trader in the US is terrible advice for a beginner in Germany. Our Exchange Finder accounts for your region, experience level, investment size, and what you actually care about — whether that's low fees, security, coin variety, or ease of use.

Education built in, not bolted on

The Readiness Quiz links every question to a specific guide. The Crypto Glossary includes 22 visual SVG diagrams for complex concepts, difficulty levels, and a progress tracker. The Portfolio Starter links every coin to a step-by-step buying guide. The tools work together: learn the basics, find your exchange, verify the costs, then decide what to buy.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Are these tools really free?

Yes, completely. No account required, no email capture, no paywalls. We monetize through affiliate links — when you sign up with an exchange through our link, we earn a commission from the exchange. This costs you nothing extra and in many cases gets you a signup bonus or fee discount.

How is the exchange data kept up to date?

We manually verify all fee data, supported regions, and exchange features. The data is stored in WordPress and can be updated through the admin panel at any time. Each tool displays the last update date so you always know how current the information is. The current data was last verified in April 2026.

Can I suggest a new tool or exchange to add?

Absolutely. If you have suggestions, reach out through our message board.
