How To Buy JUST (JST)?
A common question you often see on social media from crypto beginners is “Where can I buy JUST?” Well, you’ll be happy to hear it is actually quite a simple and straightforward process.
Step 1: Create an account on an exchange that supports JUST (JST)
First, you will need to open an account on a cryptocurrency exchange that supports JUST (JST).

In order to sign up, you will need to enter some basic information, such as your email address, password, full name and, in some cases, you might also be asked for a phone number or address.
Note: On specific exchanges, you might need to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure in order to be able to purchase cryptocurrency. This is most commonly the case with licensed and regulated exchanges.
Step 2: Deposit funds into your account
Many cryptocurrency exchanges will allow you to purchase JUST (JST) with fiat currencies, such as EUR, USD, AUD and others. Furthermore, they will also provide you with multiple deposit methods through which you can fund your fiat account, such as credit and debit cards, ewallets or direct bank transfers.
Note: Some payment methods will have higher fees than others, such as credit card payments. Before funding your fiat account on your chosen exchange, make sure to do your due diligence to find out the fees involved with each payment method to avoid unnecessary costs.
Step 3: Buy JUST (JST)
This process is similar across almost every cryptocurrency exchange. All you have to do is find a navigation bar or a search bar, and search for JUST (JST) or JUST (JST) trading pairs. Look for the section that will allow you to buy JUST (JST), and enter the amount of the cryptocurrency that you want to spend for JUST (JST) or the amount of fiat currency that you want to spend towards buying JUST (JST). The exchange will then calculate the equivalent amount of JUST (JST) based on the current market rate.
Note: Make sure to always double-check your transaction details, such as the amount of JUST (JST) you will be buying as well as the total cost of the purchase before you end up confirming the transaction. Furthermore, many cryptocurrency exchanges will offer you their own proprietary software wallet where you will be storing your cryptocurrencies; however, you can create your own individual software wallet, or purchase a hardware wallet for the highest level of protection.

What Is JUST (JST)?
Just is a smart-contract-based lending platform that has been built atop the TRON network. The project offers users an entire suite of decentralized offerings via its native JustStable platform. Just employs a stablecoin, called USDJ, for all of its lending operations. It is pegged in a ratio of 1:1 to the US dollar and is issued only after an adequate amount of TRX is collateralized on the platform. The platform launched in August 2020 following an initial exchange offering (IEO) on the Poloniex LaunchBase platform earlier that same year, but the native governance token of the platform (JST) has been circulating since May 2020.
It is a two-token ecosystem built around the USDJ and JUST (JST) tokens. USDJ is a multi-collateral stablecoin that has its value pegged to the value of the US dollar (USD), whereas JST has a variety of functions on the platform — paying interest, helping maintain the platform and participating in its governance, helping to set parameters like interest rates (stability fees) and the minimum collateralization ratio.
To obtain USDJ on JUST, traders need to deposit collateral in the form of supported collateral tokens — including TRON (TRX), which are exchanged to PTRX tokens and locked as collateral forming a collateralized debt position (CDP). Depending on the amount of collateral deposited, users can then mint and withdraw USDJ, which must later be repaid to retrieve the initial collateral.
The platform is designed to provide a fair and borderless hub of DeFi products, that any TRON user can access.
Who Are the Founders of JUST?
The JUST ecosystem is managed by the JUST Foundation, which includes individuals from Alibaba, Tencent, IBM and “other world-class internet companies,” while JUST’s financial analysis team hails from “several global investment banks” according to the project website.
Some of the most prominent individuals include Terance F (a blockchain expert and ex-Barclays and IBM employee), Elvis Zhang (a senior developer and experienced blockchain researcher), C Wu (a specialist in wallets and exchanges) and GL Kong (an experienced blockchain engineer and early crypto adopter).
The full names and profiles of much of the JUST team is not public. However, it appears that the project shares some overlap with the TRON development team, since the platform was announced by TRON CEO and founder Justin Sun, and has received technical and financial support from TRON.
What Makes JUST Unique?
Unlike most other DeFi platforms, JUST isn’t just looking to offer a single product that offers utility to a small subset of DeFi users. Instead, it’s attempting to build an entire suite of products that cover a range of DeFi use cases, forming the foundations of a complete DeFi ecosystem on TRON.
JUST (JST) Ecosystem
As of January 2022, the JUST ecosystem consists of five distinct products, all of which are designed to interoperate and provide additional utility to users.
- JustStable: JUST’s flagship decentralized multi-collateral stablecoin platform.
- JustLend: A TRON-powered money market protocol that allows users to add liquidity to lending pools and take out low-interest cryptocurrency loans.
- JustSwap: An automated market maker (AMM) platform used for trustless TRC-20 token swaps and the creation of permissionless liquidity pools.
- JustLink: The first decentralized oracle system for the TRON network — used to securely supply smart contracts with real-world data.
- Cross-chain tokens: Assets from other blockchains, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC), that have been tokenized on TRON and can be used within the JUST ecosystem.
JUST development updates in 2023
The JUST (JST) cryptocurrency, an integral part of the TRON Foundation’s DeFi platform, has experienced a range of market movements and sentiment in 2023. However, specific technological updates or significant changes to the JUST platform itself have not been extensively detailed in recent news. Here’s an overview of the key information available:
-
Market Performance: As of late 2023, JUST’s price was around $0.0322, with a market capitalization of approximately $287.06 million. The circulating supply was noted to be 8.90 billion out of a total and maximum supply of 9.90 billion tokens.
-
Trading Sentiment: JUST received a bullish rating from InvestorsObserver in late September 2023. This sentiment was based on its performance over five days, considering both volume and price movement. At that time, JUST was trading near its five-day high, and the sentiment score suggested a potential for volatility in the market.
-
Price Predictions: Several predictions for JUST’s future price were made for the years 2023 to 2050. It’s expected that JUST might see significant growth, with bullish predictions for the end of 2023 around $0.058122. The forecast for 2025 suggests a possible price of $0.122702. These predictions are based on market analysis and trends but should be approached with caution, as cryptocurrency markets can be highly unpredictable.
-
Technical Analysis: Technical indicators such as the Relative Strength Index (RSI), Moving Averages, and the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) have been used to analyze JUST’s price movements. The RSI indicated a bullish trend in the weekly timeframe, with JUST trending above the 50 line, suggesting that bulls might still have an advantage. The moving averages also showed a bullish trend, with the short-term MA crossing above the long-term one.
In summary, while there is a lack of detailed information on specific technological advancements or major updates to the JUST platform in 2023, the market performance, trading sentiment, and technical analysis provide a glimpse into its current status and potential future trends. As always, investors and interested parties should conduct thorough research and consider market volatility when making investment decisions in the cryptocurrency domain.

Best cryptocurrency wallet for JUST (JST)
There are plenty of different crypto wallets available. The best one for you depends on your general trading habits and which provides the most security in your situation. There are two main types of wallets: hot storage wallets (digital) and cold storage or hardware wallets (physical). Both have their pros and cons, and there is not necessarily a right or wrong answer when it comes to figuring out which crypto wallet is best for you.
HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH cryptocurrency WALLET TO USE for JUST (JST)?
Deciding which type of wallet to use depends on a variety of factors, including:
- How often you trade. In general, hot wallets are better for more active cryptocurrency traders. Quick login ability means you are only a few clicks and taps away from buying and selling crypto. Cold wallets are better suited for those looking to make less frequent trades.
- What you want to trade. As mentioned earlier, not all wallets support all types of cryptocurrencies. However, some of the best crypto wallets have the power to trade hundreds of different currencies, providing more of a one-size-fits-all experience.
- Your peace of mind. For those worried about hacking, having a physical cold wallet stored in a safe deposit box at the bank or somewhere at home, provides the safest, most secure option. Others might be confident in their ability to keep their hot wallets secure.
- How much it costs. It is important to investigate the costs associated with each wallet. Many hot wallets will be free to set up. Meanwhile, cold wallets, like any piece of hardware, will cost money to purchase.
- What it can do. While the basics of each cryptocurrency wallet are the same, additional features can help set them apart. This is especially true of hot wallets, many of which come with advanced reporting features, insights into the crypto market, the ability to convert cryptocurrencies and more. Security features can also be a good differentiator.
For a more in-depth overview of cryptocurrency wallets visit our “Cryptocurrency Wallets Explained” guide.
If you’re going to be dealing in larger volumes of crypto, investing in cold storage might prove advantageous.
Most widespead examples of this being the Ledger Nano and the Trezor.
Ledger manufactures cold storage wallets designed for users who want increased security. Their wallets are a physical device that connects to your computer. Only when the device is connected can you send your cryptocurrency from it. Ledger offers a variety of products, such as the Ledger Nano S and the Ledger Nano X (a bluetooth connected hardware wallet).
Trezor is a pioneering hardware wallet company. The combination of world-class security with an intuitive interface and compatibility with other desktop wallets, makes it ideal for beginners and experts alike. The company has gained a lot of the Bitcoin community’s respect over the years. Trezor offers two main models – The Trezor One and Trezor Model T (which has a built in touch screen).
