Browse the buying guidesBNB Chain is an ecosystem with several components, including BNB Smart Chain, opBNB and Greenfield. These are different environments with different purposes. A BNB Smart Chain application token is separate from BNB itself and is not automatically issued or endorsed by Binance.
How it works
EVM compatibility makes familiar wallets and contract tools usable, but it does not make assets on different chains interchangeable. A withdrawal must use the network expected by the receiving wallet or exchange. Evaluate a project’s own contracts, liquidity and administrative controls, even when its branding closely resembles the wider ecosystem.
